PURCHASING COORDINATOR

Full-time

Pay: $13.00-$17.00 per hour

Job type: In Person

As a member of the Omni team, we need someone who is proficient in MS Office suite specifically Excel, and email. This person must also have strong communication skills both verbal and written that can be organized as well as manage their time for projects while working well with their peers. Our Purchasing coordinator will be responsible for maintaining records of orders and inventory as well as follow up with the vendors on shipment and delivery. They will maintain the data entry also be expected to review/answer emails.

Main Responsibilities

  • Creates, processes and tracks purchase orders
  • Maintains records of orders and inventory and follows up with vendors on shipment and delivery
  • Data entry and file maintenance (new item set-ups, PO tracking comments, and more as needed)
  • Generate, maintain and manage excel reports
  • Reviewing/answering emails

Requirements/Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient in MS Office suite specifically Excel, Email, Internet
  • Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational and time management skills

Work schedule is 40 hours: Monday through Friday (Day shift)

We’re looking for ideal candidates to join our team who are proficient in problem-solving, has attention to detail as well as great math skills. Prior work experience in screen printing, graphic art, and/or embroidery is preferred but not required. You will work under highly experienced personnel, perform material handling, machine operation, cleanup, and perform various tasks and projects needed. You will be on your feet continously moving, and in a warm environment for extended periods. We will train on anything you need to know and help you learn new mechanical skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain work area
  • Communicate with Lead Operator
  • Operate within standard operating procedures
  • Printing size stickers/hang tags
  • Assist in other areas as needed• Production art **

WAREHOUSE

We are looking for people that are efficeint and organized as well as ready to be a part of a team of highly qualified personnel. You must be prepared to perform material handling, machine operation, cleanup and other various tasks related with the warehouse duties. You will be on your feet and continuously moving, as well as operating material handling equitment to accuratly select, stage and/or load customer orders for delivery of product to customers without damage or errors. We will train on anything you need to know as well as help you advance in your set of skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Check and inspect inventory to reflect accurate quantity and condition for further processing
  • Locating, preparing and affixing appropriate labels
  • Packing, Labeling, and scanning cartons as required
  • Clean and maintain work area
  • Handling machinery to prepare orders

INTERNAL SALES ASSOCIATE

We are looking for the ideal candidates to join our team. As a growing company we are always searching for people who can communicate friendly and professionally with our clients and business partners while also assisting in non-assigned “house” territories. We need someone who is good at multi-tasking as well as being organized enough to maintain a data base with scheduled contacts. If you feel you can succeed in building sales as well as while being able to assist in promoting our marketing campaigns. If you feel you can help build our brand as well as our sales come join our team!

Main Responsibilities

  • Must be able to communicate and present in a professional manner
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Assist with implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Possess good organizational skills
  • Attend sales and marketing meetings
  • Work directly with clients, sales reps and business partners
  • Assist clients in non-assigned “house” territories, maintain a data base with scheduled contacts
  • Some travel required to attend client presentations, conventions and tradeshows
  • Assist with tradeshows including set ups, presentations and break down
  • Must have computer skills – Excel, Internet, Outlook, and social media platforms
  • Build sales volume in a multi-industry distribution platform
  • Perform other sales and marketing duties relevant to promoting the brands
  • Must be willing to travel to visit customers, end user shows and trade conventions. Position is a full-time position requiring willingness to become a Brand Ambassador.

EDUCATION PREFERENCE

College degree in fashion marketing, textile sciences, sales and marketing or advertising is an advantage. Job training program or business background as it relates to textiles is also a plus
