Territory Sales Representative

We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Representatives who will help us increase sales and address customer needs within the specific region assigned to them. A Territory Sales Representative has responsibilities that consist of presenting our products and services to potential clients, identifying unique consumer characteristics and recommending ways to promote and sell our products as per the specific requirements of the region in question. To be apt for this role, you should have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated and determined to meet our sales objectives/target.  Ultimately, your main aim is to help us grow our customer base and establish our reputation in the region assigned to you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Be a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory
  • Identify local business opportunities and challenges in order to help plan accordingly
  • Present our products and services to prospective customers, build awareness about our company
  • Work in close contact with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas, brainstorm as a combined effort to set goals
  • Report on regional sales results on a basis like- weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Answer customer doubts and queries about features, pricing, and additional services
  • Cross-sell products, when appropriate
  • Collaborate, and coordinate with sales representatives from other territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach, synergies among each other

Requirements/Qualifications

  • A graduate or equivalent degree in- BSc in Marketing or Business Administration or a Diploma in Sales techniques would be an advantage
  • Certain, minimum work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role substantiated by credible references, certificates, etc
  • Familiarity with our industry would give you an edge
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Resilient with a solid and proven track record in achieving sales targets

Internal Sales Associate

We are looking for experienced sales and marketing candidates who will help us increase awareness and grow our brands. We are looking for someone who can multi-task, is organized and tech-savvy.
Our Internal Sales Associate has responsibilities that consist of presenting our products and services to potential clients, identifying unique consumer characteristics, and recommending ways to promote and sell our products as per the specific requirements of the accounts assigned to them. To be apt for this role, you should have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated and determined to meet our sales objectives/target.
Ultimately, your main aim is to help us grow our customer base, build relationships, support our sales and marketing teams, and establish and maintain our reputation as one of the best apparel companies in the world.

Main Responsibilities

  • Be a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned house territories
  • Be able to communicate and present in a professional manner in person and electronically
  • Have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Assist with the implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Attend and contribute to local, regional, and national sales and marketing meetings and trade shows.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • A high school degree or GED is required. A college degree in fashion marketing, textile sciences, sales, and marketing or advertising is an advantage.
  • A job training program or business background with experience related to textiles is also a plus.
  • Certain, minimum work experience as an Inside/Outside Sales Representative or similar role substantiated by credible references, certificates, etc.
  • Familiarity with apparel/decoration industry would give you an edge.
  • Must have computer skills including MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
  • Need to have an aptitude for other software programs and knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of and ability to build sales volume in a multi-industry distribution platform
  • Perform other sales and marketing duties relevant to promoting the brands
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

Pay: $14.00-$16.00 per hour

We’re looking for ideal candidates to join our team who are proficient in problem-solving, has attention to detail as well as great math skills. Prior work experience in screen printing, graphic art, and/or embroidery is preferred but not required. You will work under highly experienced personnel, perform material handling, machine operation, cleanup, and perform various tasks and projects needed. You will be on your feet continously moving, and in a warm environment for extended periods. We will train on anything you need to know and help you learn new mechanical skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain work area
  • Communicate with Lead Operator
  • Operate within standard operating procedures
  • Assist in other areas as needed

WAREHOUSE

We are looking for people that are efficeint and organized as well as ready to be a part of a team of highly qualified personnel. You must be prepared to perform material handling, machine operation, cleanup and other various tasks related with the warehouse duties. You will be on your feet and continuously moving, as well as operating material handling equitment to accuratly select, stage and/or load customer orders for delivery of product to customers without damage or errors. We will train on anything you need to know as well as help you advance in your set of skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Check and inspect inventory to reflect accurate quantity and condition for further processing
  • Locating, preparing and affixing appropriate labels
  • Packing, Labeling, and scanning cartons as required
  • Clean and maintain work area
  • Handling machinery to prepare orders
